There were a few issues with communication and quality. No feedback or notes from the full service and I had to chase for updates.

Hi, Sorry you felt this way we do provide ourselves in customer care and making sure both parties are up to date with what is going on with there vehicle. The full service was carried out and all fluids was replaced/checked and topped up accordingly you did ask us for a invoice which we do not provide as booking was carried out via click mechanic and we are just the mechanic that carries out work. A copy of vehicle report and invoice will be available to view via click mechanic.
