Eltaib communicated well and turned up on time I've just read the report and it says nothing about the bent suspension strut nor does it say about the exhaust leak I can't understand how they said about test driving my car because my car stayed outside my house the whole time otherwise they would of noticed the cars under over steer plus I still have the annoying service light on witch they said they couldn't reset as they needed the system at there garage I had a conversation about the front shocks and there top mounts as well as investigation of the exhaust system but would need to take the car to reading to put the car on the ramps witch I had no issues with doing but have no message to confirm where there garage is located my problem is if having the service light reset by another garage they're going to charge me £50 if I was to take it somewhere else so I'm hoping click mechanic can arrange for someone to do this for free as it's part of the £190 I paid for major service or for some arrangements can be made for me to drive to there garage to have that reset

Lee was excellent. He diagnosed the issue and provided a solution to get the car moving again, for which I’m very grateful. I certainly would recommend Lee 100% for car starting issues.

Ali was very good and I'm pleased with yhe work and his communication. I have downgraded him on punctuality as my appointment was for 8am to 10pm and he didn't arrive until midday. This was due to parts not arriving on time and traffic. Overall I am pleased with the service.
