“MOT and service were delayed by a day because of an equipment breakdown but I was kept in the picture and happy with the change. The car was picked up early the next day and I was told in the afternoon that it had passed the MOT but subsequently it had been found that the drivers seat mounting was loose because of a split weld. This was fixed and the car returned the next day.
Although the service took longer than planned I was kept informed and didn't need the car during that period. Very happy with the work.”

“Brandon visited on 21st Oct to fit new brake discs and pads and was great. He had difficulties locating the required parts, so rang to say he'd be late (no problem at all). When he arrived, he quickly discovered that he'd been given the WRONG parts, but without hesitation, he went straight back to the supplier to exchange them. Once he had them, he was able to very quickly and efficiently do the fitting and seemed unperturbed that he was now running about 2 hours late!! He was very polite and courteous throughout, nothing seemed too much trouble, and the finished job is perfectly satisfactory as I have done over 100 miles today with no issues. Well done and thank you, Brandon!!”
