“He was friendly and knowledgeable, quick and efficient, Did the work in half of the quoted time frame.
However despite prevously assuring my wife that if he finished quicker than the time quoted it would be reflected in the price . However we were charged for 4 .10 hours labour at £423.40 when in fact he was only here for 2.05 hours so his labour cost £211.70 per hour which we feel was excessive. We are pensioners on a fixed income and were stretched to afford these ( necessary ) repairs, so not happy.”

“I booked my appointment for Thursday but they contacted me on Tuesday to ask if they would be able to do the service that day. Lucien arrived on time, was extremely polite and friendly. What amazed me the most was the time it took him to do the service and replace my front brake pads - just over an hour! What a pleasure!
