“Ryan was amazing from start to finish. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked what I thought was wrong, completely listened. He tested everything and actually said the indicators were working ok but this quite often happened. He then checked everything and carried the work in a professional manner. He explained to me everything that he had done and then also said I could contact him if I had any problems. Amazing. Drove car today and everything felt new as he said, much more confident in my indicators now.”

“He was friendly and knowledgeable, quick and efficient, Did the work in half of the quoted time frame.
However despite prevously assuring my wife that if he finished quicker than the time quoted it would be reflected in the price . However we were charged for 4 .10 hours labour at £423.40 when in fact he was only here for 2.05 hours so his labour cost £211.70 per hour which we feel was excessive. We are pensioners on a fixed income and were stretched to afford these ( necessary ) repairs, so not happy.”
