polite and diligent, fixed my cars suspension in the time frame agreed on my driveway. The car has worked fine so far. Chris came across as very knowledgeable, with experience working on a lot of different models of car.

Quality of work was good but the mechanic got to me 2 hours late.
The cost was more than what Mercedes-Benz would have charged me! The replacement part was such of poor quality that even the mechanic said it won't last long!
Will not be using click mechanic again, very disappointed.

I would like to write a note of praise to the mechanic you sent me.His name is Christopher. He was excellent in every respect. Most importantly he certainly knew his way around a car. Any question I asked he courteously and patiently took the trouble to answer. Notwithstanding me making him coffee he refused to stop working,no stops for phone calls/texting. He is a young mechanic who is a credit to your company.
