He arranged a short-notice MOT on the day and had the brake pads, disks and Mot done by lunch at half the price of the Jaguar main dealer.
Will definitely be using again.

Not happy this is the first time using click mechanic that I feel work was not good.
Full service was over £200 then I had other charges which I was informed and paid total price just over £ 400. Received car back and next day management light came on. Checked the code and it was to do with the mass or volume air flow.
I then checked under bonnet and found the air filter box not fitted back properly and wire not connected. I informed the mechanic and he came out checked it over and said he was sorry he must have missed doing it and said he will reset code and management light went off. Today went in the car and the light is back on.
So tried numerous times to contact him again with no reply. So now I will have to take it to another garage to get the issue which I sure they caused rectified. This has now put me off using click mechanic as the service from mechanic was not to the standard.

I would like to clarify a few things which you have stated in your review.
Part of the £400 overall price was a bulb that you had asked us to do before we had even collected the car. Everything else was us advising work which we got your approval before completing anything
As for the wire you mentioned, this wire doesnt need removal to do the service so this definitely wasn’t a mistake on our part
In regards to the air filter i held my hands up and apologised for this when i came out to try and resolve the issue.
I feel this review is very unfair and is a poor representation of the situation as you have called only once today which i missed as i wasn’t working today and a WhatsApp message before you then messaged again after business hours.
Not only this but when i came to see the car in regards to the warning light i done after business hours at 7pm which i dont know many people that are willing to do a 10 hours shift to then drive an hour to help someone out of hours when its an aftercare situation
Whilst i understand your frustration i would’ve happily helped to rectify this problem if i was given the chance but i wish you the best with the other garage
