Michael was very informative, punctual and helpful. He listened to any concerns and asked the right questions. Seemed knowledgeable.

I requested a mobile mechanic. I did not request that my vehicle be towed to Reading( at additional cost)
When I refused for my car to be towed I was informed there would be a £40 cancellation fee. I was charged £78. I feel I was scammed.
Why should I pay when I asked for a mobile mechanic. If I wanted my vehicle towed to a garage I would have chosen in Newbury. I will never recommend or use service again and intend taking the matter further. Very disappointing service.
