Michael did a great full service and discs and pads replaced on my mini cooper d. Michael was very honest and told me the rear discs and pads still got sometimes before I do need them replaced.
The gentleman (Leo) who picked up and delivered my car was very polite and professional. Very much recommend Michael to service your car.

I can’t judge the service and mot but the lack of commitment is appalling. When my car was booked in the first time they didn’t turn up in the time frame allocated so tried calling with no answer a few times asking them to call which they didn’t. Nearly an hour late my car got picked up. About an hour later I got a call saying they couldn’t do the mot as they were having problems at the garage so it was rebooked but I did say it would have to be picked up early as I had an appointment at 3pm. This time it was picked up in the time frame. As I hadn’t heard anything I called to see what was happening with my car and when it would be back. It wasn’t very clear but I was lead to believe that my car would be brought back next. As I hadn’t had my car back by 5.30 when the garage was closing I called again, no answer. Someone did call back five minutes later to say my car would be back this evening, I explained that I had been at work since 7.30 and needed to go home he wasn’t very pleasant about it but said my car would be back in 90mins. As that time apparently no car, I get a text 10mins later to say he would be back in 40mins I finally got my car back at 7.50pm. Not very pleased at all Read more

Ms Ford,
Whilst i understand your frustration and completely sympathise with you i would like to bring some clarity to the situation. On the first occasion of collecting your car we had every intention of completing the work however it came to our attention that the emissions testing equipment at the MOT Centre became faulty and unfortunately there is no way of completing an MOT without this. As a result we called as soon as we knew and explained the situation as best as we could and got you booked in at your earliest convenience. As a gesture of Goodwill due to this situation we completed a free Oil and Fuel treatment as part of your service for today.


In regards to the car not getting back at the time you had hoped for unfortunately this was not specified by yourself when making the booking or when the driver came to collect the car. If we had known you needed it back we would have tried to rearrange our schedule to accommodate you.
When you spoke to Olivia on the phone she did say it would be back this evening and gave any opportunity to say you needed it back for a certain time.
I was also present when you phoned at 5:30 and received a call back and would like to highlight the fact that you were very hostile towards my staff and it was yourself that hung up the call whilst my team were trying to sort getting your car back to you

My genuine advice for future repairs for whatever garage you choose in the future as i know it applies to every situation is that if you do need to have the car back by a certain time definitely confirm this with the garage on the day so they can accommodate you as best as possible. Although i would also like to point out that in the situation where your car has failed an MOT it is no longer road worthy therefor would not be able to be bought back to you
