James arrived on time, carried out a thorough inspection and was very informative. James was extremely knowledgeable and gave me information about the car that helped me make an informed decision whether to go ahead with the purchase. I am extremely grateful for the information provided and would highly recommend both James and the pre-purhase inspection service. It is very good value for money and gave me piece of mind and confirmation of some issues that were ringing alarm bells when l went to view a vehicle for sale.

Job was done quick and well but had to wait all day with lack in communication of what was happening which impacted the score unfortunately
