James was brilliant he talked me through what he was doing and also noticed another issue with the car which I wasn’t aware of and helped me find the part I needed to fix it myself.

James was fantastic, bang on time and clear about the issue - very helpful as I am a new driver. Didn’t mind my stupid questions and acted professionally and promptly. Would gladly use again.
