I’m very happy with the detail within the report. The mechanic gave me a clear verbal report and emailed me the written report and pictures within minutes of coming off the phone to him.
Pleased with it all and will more than likely buy the car that was inspected.

Vauxhall Corsa Call out charge - customer did not have the locking wheel nut key to remove the wheels.

What a joke... Unable to complete the work as they didn't stock universal wheel nut keys but turned up and charged me £40 for doing nothing. No communication whatsoever beforehand or after in regards to the charge. Luckily my local garage could step in and complete the work without any hassle.
Clickmechanic also stated that I should be refunded and yet they will not refund. Another greedy company who doesnt care about its customers.
What an awful service.

Hi Robert,
We are sorry you feel this way, but as discussed in great detail with yourself the technicians can not be expected to carry locking wheel nuts or universal locking wheel nuts to remove customers wheels.
It is ultimately down to you the customer to have your own locking wheel nut as each one is different.
We hope you can learn from this as not having a locking wheel nut is a serious safety concern if you get a flat tyre on the motorway and can not remove the wheel to put your spare on.
