I wasn't present when Andy showed arrived to resolve an issue with shuddering of my Vehicle. He called ahead of arrival which i appreciated - allowing me ample time to ensure my wife was ready before he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the the fault as an ignition coil issue. Explained it to my Father in law, went away to source the part, returned and fitted. He also noted that the engine oil wasn't in good condition, and that perhaps the incorrect oil (lower quality grade) had been used historically. Two weeks on, my Oil indicator lamp has flashed up. The car was due a service in 2000 miles. As such i am now in the process of booking via Click Mechanic again as we speak for a major service and MOT. Mark was fast at checking the car and thoroughly inspected the car withoight overlooking anything. Happy with the full service provided and recommendations given for the distant future as the cars in good condition. Overall it was a good experience to have somebody who was polite coming to my drive way to carry out work rather than having the headache of dropping the car off at a garage and having delays while I sit there for hours on end. Will recommend mark and I’ll be using him again.

If you are thinking of trying this, please don’t! Get a recommendation from friends and family or go on check-a-trade. Seriously you don’t know who you will get and like me could be left with a damaged vehicle, massive out of pocket costs and a two month battle to resolve. It sounds like a good idea but is just not worth it. Seriously avoid. Pay a bit more and save yourself the heartache! #2577027
