Mark was excellent, went straight to problem areas and found the car had been in a major crash......the company obviously knew nothing about it......potentially saved me a fortune and an unsafe Porsche 911!!

Mark was polite and friendly. Happy with work carried out. He was a bit delayed but kept me informed re arrival time.

Mark was very clear in his communication and provided an unbiased feedback on the car with supporting evidences. He was in-deed a great find by ClickMechanic as there can't be a better person who knows about the garage I did the pre-purchase inspection. Apparently he was working for them and knows the garage inside-out.

Mark knows !!! That being said... My car died, it was "just" an alternator (I did not know that). Found this website and I tried it as the Ford service gave me appointment in six weeks!!! Mark came in virtually no time and he used the "true mechanic sense" in which I believe. Mark: Tell me what happened. I said what happened.. mark replied hmmm alright, let me see... He diagnosed the problem in couple of minutes and said: It is either alternator, or broken wire, but most probably the alternator, because of... and he stated many reasons... Alright, I said, can you fix it and how much would it be? Answer was amazing, tomorrow and £££. .. Ok then, let's do it... He quoted the final price later the same day (which was even lower) and we agreed on that. He came on the day, replaced the alternator while he was talking what is he doing and why. Yeah, I did not get half the things, but who cares... I cared about only one thing, which was my car being able to run and it happened !!! We started it and it runs with no problems..
