Had alternative replaced. All fine except mechanic must have disconnected battery because I had to find radio key code to re-enter it. Also aircon setting is now in Celsuis and can't find out how to change it back to Farenheit.
Other than that, the job went well, thanks.

Jay arrived within the 2 hour window and proceeded to fit the brakes. Unfortunately the brakes were not the correct ones, I had supplied them, and he informed me that he would order the right ones and complete the job on Friday. That's the last I heard from him. Not impressed and will be going to a garage instead.

I asked for a fanbelt change as my cars belts were squeeking and the guy arrived with two belts but after checking he has only changed one so still squeaks and all I got was a rude response saying I was quoted for one belt but my cars fan belt is made up of 2 belts will never use again.

Jay called to say he was running late & to check the service requirements. It turned out I needed more than came up on the website, so glad he checked. Service quick & thorough. Good feedback from him as to future upkeep.
