Quality of work I've put 5 stars, but have not driven the car yet, but I'm sure it will be ok, If not you will hear from me.

I am still waiting for my SERVICE light to be turned off as the service has been done, it is dreadful that no one has got back to me.

The problems identified saved us money by not going through with the purchase.

I was very disappointed with the action of the clickmechanic office: I mentioned twice on the day before that could only do after 3pm and called on the day in the morning to make sure that the information had reached the mechanic, and also saying that would have to postpone with 15minutes. I was reassured that the message had reached the mechanic. However, the mechanic hadn't been contacted about the time at all and therefore, he arrived at 13.30. Luckily it ended up being possible to arrange but it could have happened that it would have not been possible to arrange (and me travelling 400miles to see the vehicle). I was very upset over the actions of the clickmechanic team.

he was a little late but but he did let me know in advance,and to be honest he did the job like a true pro so it was worth even him being late.. cant praise him enough
