Yes my mechanic was great. Initially we both thought it was the battery that was at fault, but when he tested the air conditioning equipment realised that it was working even when the car was not running. He, ( sorry don't know his name), tried switching off the air con but it was still working and we then realised that it was this that had flattened the battery. After trying to disable the air con he decided that the only solution was to take out the gas from the air con equipment to stop it from using up all the battery power. I have now had the gas removed from the air con equipment and the car should be back to normal.

Brett came out to repair a broken break hose. I was at work so a family member stayed at home to allow the work to be done. The work was done promptly and Brett left with me paying the quoted price. I was a little annoyed that the loose engine cover (the reason the break hose was broken) had been left loose, but it was easily rectified by me and so whilst annoying was no big deal.
4 days later the vehicle went in for its MOT. I was a little surprised to find that it failed on a leaking break hose. The MOT centre advised me to get in touch with the person that it needed urgent attention.
I swiftly came home to raise this issue with clickmechanic. com as I had no idea who had actually done the work. Now 3 days on, and I have not received any response from either the mechanic or clickmechanic.com to even acknowledge that this issue has been received and is being dealt with. I am absolutely disgusted with the service so far. To leave a car with faulty breaks, something that unless I had taken the car for its MOT I would have not even known about until my breaks stopped working, is absolutely appalling. The fact no one at clickmechanic.com has even bothered to reply to any of my emails to get the issue resolved it equally appalling.
