Smart Smart Front road spring replacement

Mechanic was friendly but job nit done properly.
Job required....door handles replacements. Returned after first fix still unable to exit driver door and 2 weeks later passenger door which has been hard to open from the outside has just stopped working...so all in all £145 wasted because mechanic is not responding to my texts

hi As you may now the parts we have yoused are from Mercedes and have a worrenty. We have been trying to have your car booked in with them and are still waiting for an answer. We had a similar issue befor and we lent you a car to youse so your not inconvenienced. As we was waiting for Mercedes to provide us the parts again. We do understand your frustration but we are just waiting on a date as to when the vehicle can be checked by them as the parts are under manufacturing warranty. As soon as we get a date we will contact you regards.

Excellent service, came at my earliest requested fine despite the snow, took the car to the garage and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly before bringing the car back. Reasonable cost. Couldn't be better.

Mechanic called in advance to say what time he would be there and arrived on schedule. Took car away to local garage and returned again when expected. He also checked some other possible problems for me and advised me what might need doing in the future. Good service and very please with the way the car was repaired.

Omar and the guys here were amazing, they fixed the car far quicker than I could have expected and then paid half towards the recovery.
