Omer arranged for a tow truck to come and collect my car at no extra cost.
He then replaced my alternator the next day as well as diagnosing and offering to repair my worn out power steering belt and tensioner.
Overall I'd definitely recommend Queensway Garage. The price was good, the job was completed within a day, the car drives better than ever, and I was even given a nation-wide warranty.

this was a very dirty garage when the car came back i had to get it washed the front was covered in oily marks the engine bay had oily marks all over .
when i checked the tyre pressers they where way out this should have been part of the service
the work its self was ok

We are sorry to hear that the car did not arrive to you in optimum condition.
Our drivers had taken photos of the vehicle upon dropping it off, and they all indicate that the car is in good condition. Our drivers had taken the car to be washed, but we avoid allowing liquids near the engine bay as this could cause fatal damage to the electrical functioning of your car.
As for the tyre pressure, they will have been looked at and adjusted to the level of manufacturer specifications.
