Not sure if the attending mechanic knew I only wanted him to find out why my car wasn't starting .The garage seemed more interested in telling me about other faults on my car and how much they cost . Took me a few hours after the Mechanic had left to find out the reason my car wouldn't start as he wouldn't tell me personally he said the garage would call me to tell me but they had to call him back to ask how he got it started as the report was mainly about the other stuff and not the starting situation. . Apart from that they were fine and arrived on time

Thank you for the review. We did call you back as soon as my Tek cam back with the scanner and we needed to have a look at the codes that your car was giving us. We did explain to you the battery was totally flat and when we boosted the car it started.however when we scanned the vehicle there was a number of different codes. When we spoke on the phone it looked like although the battery needed changing we did Advise you to look into the remaining codes as they may give you a issue in the future. This was just for your reference
