Add it all together and I won't use a car dealership again. CM have taken car maintenance to another level and make you realise how poor value for money and appalling service car dealer networks are. I had good personal interaction/ reassurance, plus good quality online info too, with clear description of work schedules and pricing - no call queues, no waiting.... Truthfully, I can't believe I'm writing a positive review about anything to do with cars. They fixed my handbrake really good and they took care of my van for two days. They took my van from my house and bring it back without any problem. Also every question i had they answered really fast.

Queensway mechanics were good. We were expecting them in the 8am-10am slot and they were delayed until 11.30am from a previous job but this wasn't an issue for us, and they communicated through the morning to let us know the delay and when to expect the mechanic. Once here, replaced the battery quickly and efficiently, and took the old one away to recycle / dispose of.

I really felt like a priority. They came to my car despite me not giving clear directors and they were fast and friendly. Additionally they managed to fit me in on the day I booked for which is amazing. Will be coming back for future car issues! Great work

These guys were out of This world fantastic! Communication was incredible and I was talked through and updated every step of the way. Their diagnosis of the problem was almost immediate and solution to resolve was instantaneous. I would use these mechanics in a heart beat again and will recommend to all my friends and family. Mot - car picked up as agreed with earlier call to confirm . Whilst carrying out inspection garage called to advise other work required though advised could be done a little later as mot passed . Agreed to additional work - done and dusted in a few hours . Excellent service !
