Honda CR-V Battery Drain Investigation

The point was to find out what is draining the battery overnight. They checked the battery which was low as was half hour bifore jamp started.
Didnt try to check the car electrics why is draining the battery. Only recomended new battery!

.i my self disconnected the battery and showed you with a meter there is no drain in the car electrics the battery is showing a dead sell indicating the issue with the battery i suggested to you to change the battery for a better brand that should sort out the issues

Young boy turned up with another young person who lit up a cigarette and stood next to me blowing cigarette smoke until I asked them to move away.
I showed the other boy the problem that the AA had told us and he just called his boss who said we need to get it to his garage for them to investigate further. We were of the understanding that we were paying for diagnostic check but they were there for all of 5 mins. The young boy was polite but the whole experience didn’t seem very professional

the young lad who checked your car out did explain to you the belt but there is something causing the issue but unfortunately the car needed to be towed in to be lifted
we was waiting for the car to be towed in in order the job to be completed

I am so glad Omer accepted by repair request. During the diagnostic he immediately identified the problem. He advised he would call the next day to arrange collection, which he did so excellent communication compared to other garages I have used in the past. Picked up my car and delivered back to my address as he said it would be. The quote I was given was reasonable.
Omar and his team are so friendly and he comes across as a very honest person. I would highly recommend him and will definitely will come back for future repairs.
