Imran was amazing form start to finish , very friendly and knowledgeable . He gave be honest advise and explained in detail what I should be looking for in purchasing a vehicle and what to look out for , as a result I avoided spending £8.4k on car that’s really worth £6.k and would of spent more money on damaged that was hidden . I rate him 10/10 . Regarding the service , the telephone triage before the inspection was very professional and made it easy to understand the process of the inspection same as after. Very detail report %100 value for money

Nissan 350Z Basic Pre-purchase Inspection

I live in London and hired clickmechanic to check a car in Coventry before buying. Imran the mechanic was extremely nice and communicated very promptly over the phone. His report stated no major faults so I travelled to Coventry, paid cash and 75 minutes later (parked in service stop) on my return journey to London, the radiator was steaming. Apparently there is a fault with the electrics effecting the fan belt, but this would have been revealed if Imran had run the engine for 30 minutes during his 'check'. According to the seller Imrans check lasted a only 45 minutes and not the 1-2 hours clickmechanic promised. And i am extremely disappointed. Read more

I'm sorry to hear that Adebayo, that is most unfortunate, most unfortunate indeed!
We are not in a position to Test Drive vehicles on Motorways or Fast A Roads at a constant 50mph to 70mph for periods of up to an hour or more, no seller will allow that, we would not expect anyone to allow us to do that either.
I was at the Vendors address for around 70 minutes, the Inspection took 63 minutes in total.
The vehicle was started and the Engine was running on idle and fast idle, intermittently, for the full duration of the Inspection Interval.
This is done deliberately, in order to ensure that the fans work correctly, that the vehicle does not suffer from overheating / Engine Oil / Fluid leaks and that the Coolant is circulating.
The vehicle was also Test Driven.
No leaks or Coolant System problems were detected at the time.
The Vendor did instruct me to drive fast & hard if I like, but weather conditions (Rain & Hail Stones) did not permit me to do so.
He would not have said such a thing if he knew the Fans were not working, everything was spot on at the time....
As I explained to you when you called me last night at 11:08pm (before you went and purchased the vehicle), things are likely to go wrong with it as it's 14 years old and, that you are most likely going to need to spend several hundreds of pounds on it right away.
