Jim was professional, courteous with excellent interpersonal skills from start to finish.

James was fab: really helpful, polite, communicated well around booking, texted with an ETA for coming to fix car. Work carried out to a high standard and fitted me in before an MOT. Would recommend!!

Jim text me this morning to give me an estimated time of arrival which was 09:30 at 09:30 on the button he turned up, he introduced himself he was very pleasant and my first impressions were very good.
He took my car off my driveway to make sure no oil or any other fluid from the car would mark the driveway.
He done a full service on my car and at the end he explained what he done and left all the old material with me as proof to what you done.
I would have no hesitation in using Jim again he was very professional and anybody else who gets him in the future Will not be disappointed .

Jim was extremely helpful, polite and punctual would definitely recommend and use again.
