Hi . my name is Ilie. yesterday you had to change my car to a "citroen xara picasso." Today, when I went to work, there is a loud noise in the place where you worked, that's not good. I can speak English well, please let me know by writing what will happen now with the defect in the car? I paid 150 and my car is not good.

I went for a test drive and there is no scrapping or grinding noise you have left a 1 star for the quality of my work which I find a bit unfair and would be grateful if you would change this .
