Won't ever buy a car without using this service!

I paid for a pre vehicle inspection. in March 2023. Since then I have found out it was in a undeclared accident. The front safety crash bar was missing. There was issues with passenger front light with condensation within the light due to a previous impact. The front parking sensors had been glued on to the front bumper and the sensor loom is missing. The car had any alerts removed until a mechanic did a unrelated repair and then a host of alerts came up. I have tried to take it up with click mechanic and they have not helped and they asked the original mechanic Karim to contact me who has not contacted me whatsoever. Absolutely ridiculous. Kami was amazing, we had a pre purchase inspection and he found a lot of hidden issues that we wouldn't have had the knowledge to identify.
He was thorough, had great communication and answered all our doubts and questions.

I found it amazing how I could book a mechanic for the same day- I believe within 2 hours. That was extremely helpful. Kami was great, he answered my question, gave me good advice . Couldnt really ask for more so I'm very grateful. Was definitely worth every penny!
