Blackstar were very good, picked up and helped start a Leon with a bit of a hiccup (misfire), took it off diagnosed, fixed, passed through MOT in the space of a day. Can't fault that!

The service provided was very good would recommend them. My car seems to be running perfectly now.

Andy did a great job. He spoke to me directly, without the intervention of helpless receptionists or customer service goons. In this way he put the customer first - explaining the job, and itsa possible variables, and then delivering to time and to quality.

I had some flow-on questions that were handled quickly cherfully and effectively.

Altogether it was a much better attitude from Black Star., and a better experience for the customer, than I'd get from a traduonal garage.
