Andy was great - Friendly, quick and punctual - When they serviced the car, they even put the old parts in a clear bag, so that we could see the state of the old ones - Nice :-)

Andy was great. Punctual, very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided excellent service: made sure I was updated with the progress of the MOT, when my car would be delivered and very nicely parked it where I wanted.

Also they did what they said, they would pick up my car and deliver it when the job is ffobe. They didn’t let me down at the last minute so could organise myself. And the price is very good for the quality of the service I received. Not hidden fees, very honest.

Andy was lovely and very pleasant to deal with. The work was completed and advice given as necessary. Altogether a very pleasant experience. Would recommend and would use again.

Great job. Picked the car up from where I work, completed the clutch repair and went and picked it up myself.
Great service and communication from start to finish and would highly recommend - car drives great now. Definitely using Black star garage again.
