From start to finish I was impressed with every aspect of the experience. Communication was great and when the work I had booked was found to be unnecessary, I was advised on what was needed and given the option of replacing more parts if I wanted to but with no obligation. As a single female pensioner I am always wary when I need jobs done that I know nothing about but I felt confident I wasn’t being taken advantage of. What was required was much cheaper than expected! Very honest and helpful.

The team where brilliant not only short notice to get my car booked in ( late Sunday) the car was collected by 11am Monday and back to me by 3 they called me with a more accurate time to collect my car and were even willing to wait as I had to rush out could not fault the guys on there professionalism and courtesy to complete the work around me and my schedule will definitely be returning

Andy was very professional, he called to acknowledged collection time day previous. Andy was friendly, polite, and punctual explained approx return time, of clutch job being done and delivered car back. I will certainly recommend & use Blackstar again very good value & expertise 😃
