Joe was brilliant. He arrived early and gave a thorough report, both in email, and a verbal summary as I met him at the car garage before he left.

Joseph carried out a pre purchase check on a car I'm buying for my daughter. He was communicative, friendly and I felt he was completely trustworthy. He called me whilst he was still with the vehicle, which found particularly reassuring. Joseph couldn't have been more helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for vehicle related assistance. Brilliant service and peace of mind - worth every penny.

The mechanic was very efficient managing to undertake a pre purchase inspection of a car I was looking to purchase at short notice so his flexibility was appreciated. I spoke to him before the inspection and after, he was easy to talk too and his advice validated a concern that I had with the car and made me avoid a potential big mistake. Following his advice I did not proceed with the purchase so the money for the inspection was well spent. A very good and efficient service.

The mechanic was really good. He had to re-arrange my booking time due to weather conditions but rwnf in advance to notify me. As soon as the weather had settled, he turned up which I wasnt aware he was going to but worked out well as I wasnt available to have my car serviced any time soon after the booked date. He was thorough and efficient. He accidentally spilt engine oil on my drive...well more the wind knocked the bottle over but he has kindly offered to come back with some sort of a cleaner ti ckean it up. Still waiting for him to do so. Other than that good service. Would reccomend.

Due to a mix up (which was not Joseph's fault) he had initially turned up the day previous.
He was extremely gracious about the issue and was happy to reschedule for the next day.

Karl was brilliant. Knew there was more to the problem then that stated by RAC. He Eventually found the problem and got car started. He needs to return to replace fuel pump. But agreed price and best day that suits me.

I would recommend them and your company for arranging the work. The work took longer than was expected but the mechanics just carried on regardless.
