Joseph was great very helpful, we needed to move the inspection forward by one day so I sent a message and within 2 minutes he rang to discuss the new arrangement. Got a call from him as soon as he had finished to discuss his findings & whilst we were chatting he sent the report and photos through for me to look at. This is the second time using Click mechanic and again the service has been faultless. I would advise anyone buying a car to use Click mechanics pre inspection services. Can't fault it.

Joseph was very good. I needed both front brake discs and pads replacing, raised the booking in the morning and came out early lunchtime which was very convenient for me.
He gave me a 50 minute warning letting me know he was on his way and another 5 minute notification when he got nearer so I could move the car to a more accessible location and he was bang on time.
The work only took 20 minutes to complete and I was provided with additional information of a potential problem I might face down the line because of my calipers.
Overall I am very impressed with the service provided by Joseph, very quick, efficient, tidy, and friendly!.

Great service. Phoned to let me know when they will arrive, tested and swapped the battery, letting me know what they're doing and why. They also reset an annoying warning light that was set up wrong and showed me how to do it myself.

Will definitely use ClickMechanic again when I need anything done, so much more convenient than having to take the car somewhere.

I don't normally leave reviews but Joseph did a great inspection on a vehicle I was about to buy and went out his way to keep me updated, most importantly - saved me £5000. The calls and updates were much appreciated even well after the inspection had taken place. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.

A first class mechanic did a great job would use again for any repairs to my car and tell friends about his work.

Joseph was great. He got let down by parts supplier giving him a part he fitted only to find it didn't work, so Joseph returned this morning with another part, fitted and tested and all working great.
