Joseph was due between 09.30 and 11.30 but did not arrive until 13.30. The work has not been done due to not being able to get the part from Kia. Will be back on Thursday to finish.

Hi yes we are sorry about the delay on getting to you as I told you prior to coming the office they had double booked me and I would be over after my first job you said we this wasn’t a problem as you where in all day other wise I would have got the booking time changed via click mechanic office and I wouldn’t have been late on paper but I have learnt for next time. We where booked in to have glow plugs changed but car didn’t have glow plugs in the end to the surprise of us all. Look forwards to seeing you Thursday to change the fuel pump control valve.
