I have been charged twice for my MOT, once in September why the work was carried out, and once in October. A bit worried they have held onto my card details.

Firstly I’d like to say if you’ve been charged twice, then it will be refunded. I think the confusion may be that it was authorised but the payment wasn’t taken. We can look into this and get it sorted either way. Secondly, we do not store any card details. This is all supported by the Click Mechanic Network who process your payment. If you could raise a resolution case, we can get this sorted asap for you.
