Audi A4 Avant Timing belt replacement

The work carried out was fine just the delivering my car back was the next day so was without a car for 36 hours not 12

Hi,
I’m sorry to see that you were a little concerned about the timescale of the works carried out on your vehicle.
Unfortunately the cam belt and water pump replacement on your vehicle is a very labour intensive procedure involving removal of the complete front end of your vehicle. Not a job that we would rush.
We collected the car at 9am in the morning and returned it at 7.15am the following morning as requested, so you could use the vehicle to get to work.
Not only did our staff work late on the evening to get your works completed, but they also came in over 1.5hrs early the following morning to get your vehicle back to you.
It’s not unusual for a vehicle involving labour intensive procedures to stay overnight.
I do feel on this occasion, after you expressed concern for getting to work the following day, that we actually went the extra mile for you.
I’m sorry that you feel this wasn’t a top quality 5 star service. We take our customer service very seriously, and strive to give all of our customers a happy, stress free and top quality experience.
