Mechanic and team were great, go beyond to make sure job is complete and click mechanic failings are rectified. however clickmechanic is a shambles.
I wont be using them again but happily use Georgina Mechanics again.

Prompt & efficient, they did the job in the time specified - I took the car for a test drive and immediately felt the quiet drive following the two front wheel bearing replacements! - Good job and made a saving from the 'official' Toyota garage even having paid for the original diagnosis.

Peugeot 308 Alternator replacement

He knew his job. And was very quick. However when autonator was fitted the battery was flat. He had no battery charger or jump leads . So how were he able to check it was working ok. Lucky I had jump lead’s. Also no paperwork ie warnanty for autonator. Extra. Are you sending me a warranty for the part. Regards

Normally when a job is booked we bring the tools required for that specific job, anything outside of that should be mentioned in the notes when booking so we are prepped for additional requests.
As for the paperwork and warranty it is click mechanic who invoice you and that invoice is all that is required.

Utterly useless. Never use ClickMechanic or the muppets they send out to do a job.
Two hours late, did a half-arsed job and then failed to return the locking wheel nut key, but claimed he'd left it on the passenger seat. (Why would you do that anyway, rather than putting it back in the wallet it came in - the wallet isn't missing...)
The garage refused to return the key until I sent them a photo of my mileage(?), after which they still refused.
Click mechanic took up the case and were totally useless in getting a resolution. "He said he put it on the passenger seat" isn't a resolution. Avoid these incompetent clowns at all costs.
They only got one star because there was no option for none.

You called us over 2 weeks after your booking stating that you hadn’t used the car hence we asked you for a physical picture of the mileage to verify your request for us to pay for a new locking nut and the statement you made of not using the vehicle, of course this wasn’t the case and it was clear that for a discount you were trying to manipulate the system, had this have been genuine, a picture verifying what you were saying would have been more then enough however we would like to thank you as we now place the locking nut in the hands of the owner due to the situation we faced with you.
