I couldn't fault the mechanic once they finally got here. They were polite, courteous and went above and beyond the scope of the repairs to point out other issues with the car.

Turned up well before 10am end time of booked slot and promptly replaced the battery, after taking the time to listen to symptoms of problem to confirm my diagnosis.

Arrived bang on time, called the day before to confirm and the work he did passed the MOT inspection with no issues, very pleasant demeanor to boot. So a perfect score all round from me.
