Russell helped me identify bad work done by my previous mechanic (a well-known high street chain!) and gave me his card - his work was very fast, very reasonably priced and I felt safe working with him. He was stuck in traffic on the way to the appointment, so called me to let me know when he would arrive. Would certainly use Russell again.

I received and excellent and very convenient service involved the change of brake discs and pads and one or two other items. The mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable and appeared to have all the kit you would expect to find in a garage. I am sure I will use them again.

Very good service. Mechanic had trouble locating me but that was expected due to my house being very difficult to find. We communicated well and the problem was sorted out.
Very polite and did a good job.
Just one problem, one of the mechanics left his torch in my car and, as it looks like an expensive one I tried to call him. There was no reply but I have left a message on his voicemail and offered to send it to them.
