Very competent and kept me informed of everything. Advised extra work that turned out to be required and would if cost more money had it not been rectified, would recommend him to anyone.

Both very friendly, and got on with the job even though it was raining at first. Explained that they had been given the wrong part and quickly found the correct part, collect it and fitted to the van.

As before excellent work and diagnosis quick and efficient have discussed further work with Russell for next month

I had originally thought wheel bearing was the problem but the visiting engineers quickly established that it was the suspension strut. They had only just left the site and within 5 minutes I received email confirming price for the new job and an invoice for the visit. Now that's what I call efficiency
