First class service, would definitely recommend using ClickMechanic. Needed a mechanic quickly after a motorway breakdown and recovery to home. After entering my requirements online, I sent an email to request same day appointment. Staff were superb and responded within an hour by email and phone. Russell Bluck was the mechanic and called before arriving to my home. Couldn't have asked for more, he was courteous, professional and fully appraised me of the situation within minutes. He provided guidance and support throughout his visit.

I was very happy with ClickMechanic, I was worried at first having used these type of sites before that payment up front meant the service would not meet my expectations. But was very pleased to say my chosen booking time and day was met by a local mechanic and I was kept informed of his arrival time. Russell was very capable and he completed the job in a short time and gave me feedback on work coming up. Overall I was very pleased with the service given and the convenience of not having to take to a garage. I work from home so this meant I didn't lose any part of the day.

Car is billowing smoke from under the bonnet (seems to be coming from behind the lights), no power on acceleration and a whooshing noise when accelerator is pressed, plus power steering all bobbly???! Just driven to Oxford, warning light (yellow glow plugs sign) has come on and wondering whether car is safe to get me home!?!
Please ask Russel to come back tomorrow morning - first thing - something really isn't right. Thanks
