Dave was very nice and explained the issue and resolved very quickly.

My engine warning light was on and basically needed resetting after being triggered by O2 sensor.

Chris, from DK Autos, arrived on time, after a brief chat about the problem with my Skoda Octavia, got on with the job and fitted a new alternator. I am very happy to be back on the road and am more than satisfied with the service. Chris was friendly, and did a great job. Thanks. I had not used ClickMechanic before, surely will in the future.

My mechanic was Dave from DK Autos. Well what can I say other than a mechanic from heaven if ever there was one. Dave had a major job on my Mercedes’ S Class after rodents severely damaged over a 120 wiring components in my vehicle. Plus lots more for the MOT. Dave communicated with me every few days, giving me updates and always trying to source parts needed that little bit cheaper to help me out, I’m very aware this must of been time consuming in itself. He is very much customer focused and very good at his job. I would definatly recommend Dave to fix your car and without doubt will be using him from now on.
