Skoda Fabia Timing belt replacement

Work was great, as far as I could tell, it's a bit difficult to know with a timing belt. A washer was missing from the kit and there was the potential that completion might be delayed, but the team rallied to get the part and surprised me by working late to get the job done and car back to me. Thanks so much !!!

Toyota Yaris Plug-in Diagnostic Inspection

I paid £91 for a plug in diagnostic but all the mechanic done was sat in my car reved the engine took my car for the quickest test drive, parked it in an awkward position then came back and told me the issue £91 for a 4 minute job. Too then be told the quite was £589 but I found a garage & merchanic charging £250. So clickmerchanic is a rip off.

i'm sorry you feel like this the booking you are referring two the car required a new clutch and recovery two a garage to carry out this work to identify the issue with your car in this situation a test drive off the vehicle was required as well as a few stationary checks as the plug up diagnostic would not identify the issue with the clutch as the issue was not electrical we had to carry out physical tests to confirm the issue as the issue was not electrical we did not charge any more then your original booking fee for the call out diagnostic and confirmed the fault with the vehicle as the booking stated we would do
