The guys looked after my vehicle well and kept me up to date with any changes as they occurred. They also arranged a courtesy car for me, which meant that IO was not without wheels to get to my NHS job - highly appreciated.

DK Auto's were great from the time of my booking. Called to confirm arrival and were on time. Called and advised of extra work and progress made before under taking.
Car serviced and MOT , washed and returned in half a day with no hassle of fuss.

Dave was fabulous and kept me informed at all times. The fix to the car was expensive and Dave went over and above to source the required parts at the most cost effective price. I am very grateful, thank you. Highly recommended.

My car failed the mot badly but the mechanic was very helpful,honest and informative.

As far as I know, they executed the work involved, but the only measure I have of the extra work they did and charged for was my research online. This has left me less than happy because of apparent overcharging.

MOT and service was done prompt, they advised of any additional fees before carrying the works so there was no surprising cost. The car was picked up and delivered... Oh and they cleaned it as well as a courtesy. 😁👍
