MINI Mini Countryman Brake pads replacement - rear (all)

My break pads were changed succesfully but I was informed that they used a master key because they couldnt find my wheel lock key,and offered to order it for me
On speaking to BMW They informed me it is highly unlikely they would have a master key

Please take some time to look into master locking wheel nut key kits they are widely available form tool suppliers and on line sites like eBay we notified you we couldn’t find your locking wheel nut key and asked if you new where it was while we waited for you to call back we checked our master set and we had a key that thankfully fit yours and carried out the brake pad replacement we did not charge you any extra and recommended you needed a replacement key and we could order this from bmw for you I’m sorry on this occasion you are unhappy with our honesty many thanks DK Autos
