Excellent mechanic. Promptly diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it.

Dishonest on price. Discussed price of £20 for callout. Later quoted £40. Also, excessive pricing for the job.

As far as I can tell all went well but I would appreciate some written record of what was actually done during the hour of servicing and which might be recorded in my service book.

Mechanic did a thorough check of the vehicle and was both knowledgeable and friendly.

Lee was faced with a challenging problem, a broken suspension spring that was coiled on itself, combined with seized nuts and bolts, added to this the vehicle was against a wall so did not give him much room to work, but he battled on and sorted out the problem, comes highly recommended

Lee arrived on time and did a first class job replacing my rear light unit. The actual light unit didn't come complete with a bulb holder. Lee did a lot of ringing round but was determined to get the job done. Would recommend.

Lee, the mechanic was punctual, friendly and efficient. He carried out the diagnostic check which reassured me that I did not have a problem with the ECU.
After discussing the results, the probable cause of the problem was identified, although fixing it was outstand the remit of this visit.
