Booked the repair for Bank Holiday Monday but readily agreed to Tuesday as parts were not available over the holiday weekend. Lee contacted me the day before which enabled me to advise him to pick my car up at an address other than my home. He arrived within the agreed timescales and took my car away. I received a call to advise that he would recommend changing the fly wheel as it was 'knocking'. I agreed to the extra work and cost. Car delivered back to my home address in the evening and Lee brought the old fly wheel with him to show me the problem. I think (hope) he has saved me money in the long term by replacing the fly wheel whilst the clutch assembly was dismantled. No extra labour charges were applied.
