i had a mixed experience of clickmechanic - taking an extra £20 up front suggested that i would get a priority slot but in reality my repair didnt take place until teh end of teh 03rd day, i phoned the garage at 4.26 who told me that mechanic was 25 minutes away, but when he arrived he told my son (just 17) that he coudnt do the job as he had to finish at 5.

phoning westbourne up they did make teh mechanic turn around - which was great - but the whole process of using clickmechanic was much more labour intensive than it should have been. very happy with the mechanic and westbourne.

Mechanic was very friendly.
The resolution of the issue took longer than expected, three visits. However this appears to be an issue with ClickMechanic quoting incorrectly for the work and the garage initially also not fully appreciating the work involved.

Even though I was left without a car and needed to catch a number of trains to attend a family function, the garage honoured the original quote which I was very impressed with.

The mechanic did a great job and I would definitely use ClickMechanic & especially Westbourne Motors again.
