Carl was excellent - wasn't able to sort the problem on his first visit, as the job was bigger than expected, but he made sure he fitted me in the following day. I’m happy with the mechanics work but unfortunately Westbourne as a company I’m not, there wasn’t any communication from them to say the mechanic would be late, the first I heard was 14.26 that they said he wouldn’t be with me on time. The time booked was 12-14.00.
