the online quote was 63, then i had an email to say 197 and then a call to say 250. bloody awful. then was booked a day late and then even though clearly said the time i needed turned up 5 hours late so couldnt complete the job. then charged me 50 for the pleasure. complete joke

Sorry that you feel this way. Westbourne gave clear communication in regards to costings and time frames, this was agreed with yourself before attending. We arrived at 14.50 within the allotted time slot of 25/11/20 1400-1600. The fee was a call out charge, this was charged as you cancelled the repair. If you wish to book this repair again please raise a request through the resolution centre.

The service mechanic was great. Took my car for MOT and returned and serviced it at my home. The mechanic who came later to replace my tyres in line with MOT recommendation was a bit late but polite. However, he said that my brake pads and discs were worn and wouldn’t last a month so l am now concerned as to why this wasn’t picked up on the MOT

Phil was late to the job and had to return the next morning, however excellent communication throughout made it not an issue. Job carried out quickly and efficiently. It was an MOT failure job and car has passed since. Quote was less than half of the MOT garage. Phil was friendly and efficient. Will be using again. Thank you!
