I did not expect green flag to do my service not convinced he done oil change as he gave me a quarter of a 1 litre bottle to keep as if he just topped up oil. He had no screen wash asked if l had any. Will not be using this service again.

Good afternoon,

I do apologise you feel this way, I will just clarify a few point for you though.

All technicians are employed by Westbourne Motors and are fully equipped to conduct all aspects of mobile repair and service.

The remainder of the oil purchased for use in the vehicle was offered to you as a gesture of goodwill for future top ups. We have photographic evidence confirming the oil and filters have been changed as per your request.

As part of the service the washer fluid is topped up, this will be with water or your own screen wash. Seeing as you had a ready mix in the boot this was used.


The technician was unable to reset your service light due to a TPMS fault, we have offered an estimate for your replacement tyres and rear wiper but I understand this has been declined.

I would again like to reassure you the works have been conducted as requested and Westbourne have acted in good faith. I feel that your review is somewhat an untrue representation of the level of service given.
