Yes he was knowledgeably and friendly. Unfortunately, the organised time was changed and then he was late. This was not communicated to me - I had to ring and enquire. A better service would be to be kept updated.

Was happy with the carried out and the information he gave me, however the drive was covered in black break dust and rust where he had banged the discs out which was a little disappointing and I had to scrub and wash down the drive
